Chicken soup Ă la Sarah
- Brown 2-3 thighs + 1 breast, or a whole chicken + onions + shallots.
- Lots of carrots + celery.
- Add a can of tomatoes.
- Add liquid (twice above the ingredients).
- 25 minutes, then take the chicken out.
- Cook the rice while you degrease the chicken.
- Add lemon + coriander.
If not cooking in a pressure cooker, cook the soup 1 hour instead of 25 minutes.
